Own your narrative. Scale your voice.
Hi! I’m Embry.
As an author and entrepreneur myself, I like to say that self-study is sovereignty — the better you know yourself, the better positioned you are to claim authorship over your story. That’s true for individuals growing in creative life, and it’s true for businesses and organizations looking to expand their influence beyond one charismatic founder. I’m here to help reflect you back to yourself — using my signature VVC framework (Voice, Value, and Conviction), I pull out the threads in what makes your message magnetic and translate it into repeatable narrative architecture that can be leveraged for sale or scale.
My work with creative founders (that’s creative as a worldview, if not always an industry) evolved naturally out of my background in editorial and content strategy. I especially love working with early- to mid-stage founders who aren’t the face of their brands and find themselves becoming bottlenecks to their own growth. If you have a strong personal ideology, can speak passionately in the room, and are ready to lock in language designed for a multi-person presence, let’s talk. I’d love to help you distill your message into a movement that can be shared with a team and and scaled across channels and touchpoints.
I offer one-off narrative transformations as well as ongoing editorial planning and direction. You can find more on my current offers below — please reach out if they feel like a fit for your current moment.

For early- to mid-stage founders who can speak passionately about their ideas in the room and want repeatable narrative architecture that can be shared with a team and scaled across channels and touchpoints. In a structured intake interview informed by my years as a journalist, we’ll dig into what makes your message magnetic before distilling it into a strategic positioning brief that outlines core language and messaging pillars. From there, we’ll implement the strategy across two high-leverage narrative assets of your choice (home page copy, social media bios, founder bio, sales deck, values statement, or media one-pager) and leave you with an implementation walkthrough to ensure you can keep building on the infrastructure we’ve created.
